• Include a short description of what happened.
• Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and the CarryHalf version shown at the bottom of Settings.
• Include a screenshot if it helps explain the issue.
• Do not include passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.

If you already subscribed but CarryHalf does not show your access, open CarryHalf and choose Settings, then Restore purchase.

Your data

CarryHalf stores your household information on your device. You can reset the app's local data from Settings. Resetting app data cannot be undone.
